Elite Training for Committed Dancers
At VPA Studios in Unanderra, our Competitive Dance Program is designed for dancers aged 5 years and above who are serious about their training and performance growth. Whether your child is taking their first steps into competitive dance or striving for excellence at elite levels, our program delivers structured training, expert coaching and performance opportunities that develop skill, confidence and resilience.

Our competitive teams are organised across distinct age groups to ensure age-appropriate training and progression in all major styles including Jazz, Lyrical, Ballet, Contemporary, Hip Hop and Tap:

• Open Age Team
Each team trains with a focus on technical excellence, artistic expression and performance readiness, building the versatility and confidence required for competitive work across all styles.
COMPETITION SEASON
The competitive calendar includes up to five competitions annually, offering dancers regular opportunities to perform, receive feedback, and grow in a supportive competitive environment. Students represent VPA Studios at regional and interstate events, showcasing their training and artistry throughout the year.
