In term 4 we will be offering a weekly online class for our any parent/guardian to take whilst in the comfort of their own home. TONESIXTY is a dance based low impact, high intensity workout focusing on toning the body for those wanting to get hot and sweaty in their lounge rooms.


Modifications available for those experiencing past or previous injuries, and for those seeking a challenge. No previous dance background required, just a positive attitude!



  • Set of weights (or two 1-2kg items that are easy to hold)
  • A mat/towel to lye on
  • A Pilates ball or a durable kids squishy ball
  • Drink bottle
  • 2mx2m space
