We’re thrilled to announce a 3-week Strength and Conditioning Program aimed at enhancing dancer longevity and reducing injury risk. Led by expert physiotherapists Lisa Schaup and Tom Hol from Physio Inq Sutherland, this program will offer:

Education on how tailored strength and conditioning can boost performance and prevent injuries.

Injury Prevention techniques focusing on alignment, strength, and flexibility.

Strength and Conditioning exercises to build muscle strength and endurance.

Personalised Attention with self-assessments to address individual weaknesses.

Ongoing Injury Reduction with a custom conditioning program for continued use.

Program Details:
Dates: Friday August 2nd, 16th and 30th 4:00-5:00pm
Cost: $100 Total for all 3 sessions
Location: VPA Studios, Unanderra
